A small group of people with a great vision:
BRINGING THE POWER OF CINEMA INTO THE CLASSROOM
An unforgettable learning experience.

Our Goal and Activities
We focus on promoting the use of audiovisual media as a learning tool. We want children and young people to enjoy learning with them, both in school and in their free time. To achieve this, we encourage their proactive and creative use, so they are not mere passive recipients of information. We motivate them to master the media codes and take ownership of their own audiovisual experience!
Throughout the school year, we organize a variety of activities: workshops, exhibitions, competitions, and our festival. For 15 days, we bring fun and learning through cinema to every corner of the Valencian territory. With screenings for students and open public screenings in over 25 venues in towns, we become the big screen that showcases students’ works, as well as a source of exciting educommunication activities.
In our program, you will find:

We offer courses, seminars, conferences, masterclasses, workshops, and many other activities to promote children’s audiovisuals and the dissemination of culture in their field of action.
We facilitate the circulation of information about services, goods, and products that aim to promote children’s understanding of the audiovisual world.
Regular meetings with teachers and other education and communication agents to share ideas and learn together.
Congresses, workshops, festivals, or any type of event to promote cultural exchange at the international and national levels.
Activities to establish and maintain cultural links, collaborations, and agreements with all public or private entities that help us promote audiovisuals among children.

Our History
was established in Valencia in 2013 with the purpose of organizing the MICE film festival. Driven by the passion of Josep Arbiol, a cinephile and primary school teacher with experience in educommunication and international festival participation, the association recognized the significance of audiovisual education in a world increasingly influenced by media and technology.
